Sourced, dated market data inside Claude, ChatGPT and any MCP client.
Agents are only as good as what they know. Nomina MCP gives them market data they can cite: every answer carries its source, observation date and the caveats that matter.
Every tool declares readOnlyHint, so hosts can let agents run them without confirmation prompts. Nothing is created, changed or stored — research first, actions when they can be that safe.
Every source is public-domain government data, public blockchain state, or an open release — each used within its published terms, each cited in every answer.
Crypto, FX, gold and silver, and a few US equities and ETFs, read directly from Ethereum mainnet. History reconstructed from on-chain rounds.
Daily par yield curve, 1 month to 30 years.
CPI, unemployment, nonfarm payrolls, average hourly earnings — monthly.
XBRL company facts and filing index for US-GAAP filers (10-K and 10-Q).
Article records — title, link, date, outlet — for any market topic.

No accounts, no funds, no orders. Every tool retrieves and computes; none can change anything. Write tools will ship as write tools — declared, permissioned and confirmable.

Each answer links its source and states when the data was observed. Limits are spelled out, not hidden. Data sources
Research is the first half. The second half is an agent that can act on what it found — carefully, and only when you say so.
Five read-only tools over public data, every answer dated and cited. Available now in Claude and any MCP client.
Watchlists, saved comparisons and screens your agent can keep and revisit — so the second question doesn't start from scratch.
Standing conditions on the same public data — a level, a spread, a release — delivered to where you work instead of polled by hand.
Tools that do something, not just report. Each one declared as a write tool, scoped to your account, and confirmable before it runs. Research stays read-only either way.
Roadmap, not release notes: anything past "shipped" is planned work and may change. Nothing on this page needs an account today.
What people ask before they add it.
No. Nomina returns the sources' published data and plain arithmetic derived from it — period changes, drawdown, volatility — as of the observation dates shown. It makes no recommendations and takes no actions.
Anything with a Chainlink feed on Ethereum mainnet: major and mid-cap crypto, EUR/USD and other FX pairs, gold and silver, and a handful of US equities and ETFs such as SPY, QQQ, NVDA and TSLA. For US-GAAP filers, company_fundamentals covers filings data; prices are never invented.
Because they are public and redistributable. Exchange and vendor feeds license data for internal use only; on-chain oracle values are public blockchain state anyone may read and show. The trade-off is disclosed in every answer: feeds update on heartbeat or deviation, so a day's close can lag an exchange close.
Nothing. The hosted endpoint is free to use, the code is MIT-licensed, and no source requires a key. The hosted tier sleeps when idle, so the first request after a pause can take up to a minute.
Only the tool inputs — symbols, tickers, search terms, date windows — are sent to the public sources that answer them. Nomina keeps no logs of requests or conversations. Details in the privacy policy.
